Started
Bring
your plans to BYOADH, or pick out one of our plans. If you want
to use one of our designers to tweak your plans or to develop
drawings/plans from scratch, you will first need to sign a contract
with BYOADH, subject to finance approval.
BYOADH can then arrange for you to meet with a designer.
Simultaneously, you will start working with our designated lender
(or one of your choice) to obtain a permanent financing
commitment. Upon receiving such a commitment, the lender will
set up construction financing for a closing on your construction
loan.
While you always are in control using the BYOADH method, one of
the advantages of using the BYOADH construction lender is that
they can provide funds to pay off your lot and lot clearing as
well as all closing costs, including BYOADH fees. Closing on a
loan generally requires a three to four week process.
Upon loan approval, BYOADH will prepare a refined cost estimate
(take-off) for you.
After closing, you are ready to begin the construction of your
new dream home!
